THIRD PARTY FUNDING FOR SERVICES\
TO STUDENTS WITHDISABILITIES

The school system shall expect insurers, Medicaid, or other third party
sources to meet valid obligations in the provision of or payment for
special education services to a student with disabilities. When third
party payees are utilized, the school system will pay any deductibles or
related fees which may be incurred in order that these services are at
no cost to the parent. Use of third party funding will be voluntary on
the part of the parents.
