STUDENT PROGRESS REPORTS TO PARENTS

All report card revisions will be approved by the board prior to
distribution. Report cards will be issued as follows:
 A. K-5, quarterly, to include a written report each quarter and a parent conference during the first and third quarters; B. 6-8, quarterly and at parent conferences at the end of the first and third quarters; and C. 9-12, quarterly.

Parents can make a request to meet with any teacher or teachers at the
end of any quarter to review the report card.
