NONRESIDENT TUITION CHARGES
Tuition rates shall be set on the basis of state law. The superintendent
shall be responsible for devising procedures for collecting and
accounting for tuition money, in accordance with the law and with
regulations of the Department of Education.
Nonresident students may be admitted on a tuition basis as POST-GRADUATE
STUDENTS, in summer sessions, and in adult and continuing education
classes. Tuition rates shall be set by the board, in compliance with
legal requirements.
