JT - Student Opinion Surveys File: JT STUDENT OPINION SURVEYS Any opinion survey must have the expressed approval of the superintendent. Examples are: opinion surveys solicited by publishing firms on behalf of their products and research projects undertaken by undergraduates, graduate students, and faculty of colleges and universities, and pre-election polls. While specific approval must be granted by the superintendent, the opinion of the principal of the building concerning the desirability of the activity will be a major factor in determining whether or not the activity will take place.
