GCQC Authorization to Accept Resignations

The Superintendent shall have the authority to accept resignations from employees of the District for and on behalf of the Board. Such acceptance shall be effective when first communicated to the employee orally or in writing. Acceptance shall be confirmed in writing to the employee. Such resignations shall be reported as information to the Board of Directors at the next regular meeting of the Board.
