The SuperintendentRegional shallSchool haveUnit 1 Board authorizes the authoritySuperintendent to accept resignationsall fromemployee employees of the District for and on behalf of the Board.resignations. Such acceptance shall be effective when first communicated to the employee orally or in writing. Acceptance shall be confirmed in writing to the employee. SuchThe resignationsresignation and its acceptance shall be reported as information to the Board of Directors at the next regular or special meeting of the Board.
